Regarding label processing, like In-Mould material, it often happens that the air removal roller of the jogger will not press out enough air and the cutting material remains uneven for further handling.
Therefore Schneider Senator has designed a new pressing station which puts up to 8 tons pressure on the total surface of the ream. The pressing station is configured for a format up to 750 x 1050 mm and can be operated on left or right side at the cutting machine. <<< read more >>>
Automatic knife lubrication system for paper cutters.
Schneider Senator is well-known for customized solutions for graphic industry. Rationalisation in Perfection.
At the printing plant Berger in Horn / Austria the Roboload – a system for automatic jogger loading from Schneider Senator – is responsible for a considerable higher efficiency in paper processing. Additionally, the working place is clearly enhanced.

Very successful IPEX 2010.
The IPEX show in Birmingham had been very successful for Schneider Senator.
On the show, many contracts were closed successfully, amongst others various cutting systems. In particular, we were really pleased about the brisk activity of customers from Arabian region.

Ellerhold Witten trust in XXL-cutting system from Schneider Senator SSB.
For the production of large format posters company Ellerhold Witten was in need of a new cutting system. The location in Witten is the 4th production premise of the Ellerhold group in Germany.
