Schneider Senator:
Beating the crisis with
double Know-How

Buchholz. The time of trembling for Schneider Senator is over. After the insolvency of the mother company Senator Technology end of last year now the future is secured now. Mr. Burkhardt and Ekkehardt Busch, known as Managing Directors of company Gerhard Busch GmbH, are the shareholders of Schneider Senator SSB GmbH, newly founded in July 2009.

Effective July 3, 2009 the new company Schneider Senator SSB GmbH has taken over commercial operations from the brand Schneider Senator. „For us the take over is a very interesting expansion of our already diversified portfolio in paper processing“, explains Ekkehardt Busch.

Managing Director of the new company is Mr. Hans-Christian Joost, former Sales Manager of Schneider Senator. The restart had been done on the known premises in Buchholz with 33 employees; most of them already have long-term experiences with the product.

„For us, this was the ideal solution“, Joost says, „because we already cooperate with Gerhard Busch GmbH for many years. We have always been sure that the restructuring of Schneider Senator is realistic, because we had a tremendous success with these machines in the past few years.“

The new company will completely focus on the core competence – machines for the graphic industry. First orders had been placed, the new product „Roboload“, an automatic jogger feeding system by industrial robot, proudly presented on DUPA 2008, is now available again.

There will be synergy effects even in world-wide sales. Today, already 50% of the sales agents are the same. Now both companies will check which partners show biggest sales success in the market.
